A story of spirals, softness, and finally choosing myself.

Nothing about my life changed all at once.
It happened slowly — in the quiet moments when I realized I was tired of abandoning myself.

There was a season where everything felt like spiralling.
Not the glamorous kind.
The kind where you wake up and feel heavy without knowing why…
where your own reflection feels like a stranger…
where your dreams feel too far away to reach for.

But in that same season, something unexpected happened:
I started listening.

Not to the noise.
To the soft, trembling voice underneath it.
The one that whispered, “take care of me.”

At first, I ignored it.
I was used to being the strong one, the helper, the one who kept going even when I was running on fumes.
But the whisper kept returning.
It was quiet, but it was persistent.
And one day — after one spiral too many — I whispered back.

That was the beginning.

Not a grand breakthrough.
A soft one.
A decision to see the lessons inside the hard moments.
To believe that every spiral was a portal.
To choose growth over fear.
To return to myself, again and again.

As I learned to take care of myself — gently, compassionately, imperfectly — I realized something else:

Most people were hurting quietly in the same ways.
Most people were craving the same thing I was:
a place to land, to soften, to be honest, to grow without pressure.

So I created TYFTCOM:
thank you for taking care of me.

Not just a brand.
Not just courses.
Not just content.

A reminder.
A soft rebellion.
A practice of choosing yourself daily.
A space where growth feels gentle, where style feels like self-expression, where wellness feels like devotion, where becoming your dream self is done with tenderness — not force.

TYFTCOM exists because I needed it first.
Because I wanted to create what I couldn’t find:
a minimal, honest, grounding space for people who think deeply, feel deeply, and want a life that feels like an exhale.

And now, everything I create —
every program, every post, every guide —
is rooted in one truth:

When you learn to take care of yourself, everything else expands.
Your confidence.
Your creativity.
Your identity.
Your life.

This is the story of how I found my way back to myself.
And how I’m helping others do the same — softly, slowly, sustainably.

Thank you for being here.
Thank you for taking care of you.
And thank you — truly — for taking care of me.
